inspiration from our creative team - january 2018

It’s a new year and we’ve got an entirely new Creative Team to share a monthly dose of inspiration with you! I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with these insanely talented ladies and I look forward to them adding more inspiration every month. We can’t wait for you to get to know each of them and their individual creative styles. We’ve got team members from around the world who will be infusing their personal lifestyles and cultures along with their amazing photography skills to bring you a power-packed sampling of how they are using Project Life® in their memory keeping throughout 2018. Each team member’s name is linked to her profile page where you can get to know her a little better. Check out their individual social media pages where there are sharing even more goodness!

We hope you have all been thinking about your memory keeping for the upcoming year and in doing so, have made goals as to what you would like to do with Project Life this year. Whether you’ve already documented the first few weeks of the year or if you’re still getting started, remember it’s never too late. Pick right up and just do it!

Today you’ll be seeing pages from the girls on our team using our physical products. Next week you will be able to see inspiration from those on our team using our digital products and Project Life App. And, of course, you can follow our social media channels to see even more inspiration from our team members and others using Project Life. No matter which products you choose to use, Project Life is here to help you simplify the process of getting your stories into albums. Remember that the 3 core Project Life components and nothing else are really all you need to get started. Album + Project Life Core Kit + Big Pack of Photo Pocket PagesThat’s it. All products used in the pages below include direct links under the images for your convenience so you can see more.

If you're in the US, it's probably pretty cold right now so grab a hot drink and a blanket and dive right in for some fabulous inspiration!

A few notes from Catherine: The week cards are from the Project 52 Fresh edition. I own this physical kit but also purchased the title cards separately from the digital store because I knew I’d want to use them in many different projects. They are 4x6, but I cut them down to 3x4. The “on the record” journaling card is from Project 52 2016 edition (digital), and I typed up the journaling directly on the card in Photoshop before printing.

The “Big Things Often Have Small Beginnings" card was a horizontal 3x4, but I cut it down to fit with the ultrasound photo, on top of a 4x6 card. The blue mini folder (which I cut down to a 3.5” height) holds original ultrasound photos and the ultrasound photo featured on the spread has been scanned and re-printed. Original ultrasound photo paper fades, so it’s important to scan & re-print, or just print from the disc if you receive one from your doctor.

We had received a pin at our first ultrasound that I wanted to include but was too bulky to put in the page, so I pinned it in the upper left margin of the page protector.
