1.  Pour on the positivity.

"The Ratio" --  5 positives to 1 negative

Share compliments, don't just think it.

Make a praise sandwich (sandwich a correction or suggestion in between two compliments).

"Serve them. Serve them. Serve them."

Think positive thoughts.
