S: Share Goodness

Check out episode 033 "Why Documenting Matters" for more on this topic.

M: Manage Your Time

"Spend time in fresh water."

A: Avoid Negativity

Ask yourself how someone's feed makes you feel.

Be very intentional about who you follow.

Did you know you can "mute" someone's content without unfollowing them? How? Go to the person’s profile. Tap on the 3 dots in the upper right corner. A whole slew of options shows up. One of them is “Mute.”

"Force cannot act upon itself. The very act of opposition implies that there is a force present to be acted upon. Find comfort and hope when you are feeling opposition that it is actually testifying to you of your strength.”

R: Represent

"There's a difference between sharing with intention and sharing for attention."

T: Think Before You Post

When you think about your social media use, what fruit is it bearing in your life?

Social media--everything you view, everything you post, everything you comment--is part of your legacy. Be wise.
