project 52 – fresh edition

In December of 2014 we announced Project 52 – a new product that was designed specifically to help you document a full year of memories a week at a time. The physical products were only carried in our online shop and the response to this collection was outstanding.

Last year we changed things up and offered a new Project 52 collection for 2016 that was only available in digital format and in the Project Life® App. Many of you were thrilled by this, but we also heard from a large number of our customers who wanted to continue using the Project 52 concept in their physical albums. Based on the feedback we received, we committed to producing another physical version of Project 52 for 2017 and today we are delighted to share it with you!! And yes, we’re bringing this edition to digital and app formats very soon as well.

Meet the Project 52 – Fresh Edition

The goal with Project 52 is to give you card designs that will pair beautifully with your photos throughout the year, so clean + simple designs are a natural fit for this concept. When we think of classic, modern, beautiful design work, we think of Liz Tamanaha – she was one of our very first designers with the Midnight Edition and has worked on several other projects for us including another customer favorite – the Everyday Edition.

Project 52 – Fresh is a beautiful mix of graphic patterns, soft florals, and organic shapes that come together to create a wonderful canvas for your year worth of memories and photos. Take a closer look at the designs . . . We hope you love them just as much as we do!

Love this new project 52 edition!!!! I watched the Facebook live video. I believe someone mentioned to Becky about selling just the week cards from this kit. I think that would be amazing!!!! So simple and versatile. They can be used for project 52, pregnancy weeks, baby weeks!! Please consider selling the weeks cards by themselves! They’re great!

Love it! Will it be available in a digital version as well?

I love the physical version too. I work on the App but my girls like the physical option better. So I try to do both and sometimes I combine them.

Beautiful kit! Curious to know why alternate design orientations are never included in the digital kits. I find it so frustrating when cards are only available in one orientation. For example, the “weekend” 3×4 filler card in this kit is awesome but only available in a horizontal format which makes it unusable in a vertical slot. I’m relatively new to digital scrapbooking so if anyone has an easy way to dupe the cards to change the orientation I’d love to hear about it! Thanks.

Hi PL: I am loving the project life App and did all 52 weeks this year and I will be having my family open the book Christmas morning. However, this year I used the first project 52 app design kit because I loved all the fun colors and wasn’t into the amount of white space found in the 2016 version. So…… you can only imagine my disappointment when I viewed this years FRESH edition and found even MORE white space.
One of the things I miss most about traditional scrapbooking is the cute paper. I really don’t want to fill my albums with plain white office cards. I love the concept and even did Beckys very first project 52 physical album in the red and black binder.
Please, please bring back color. I know you are trying to appeal to everyone but I feel like the last two years are very similar and my kids don’t want to look at white albums. Neutral is just a nice way of saying plain.
Sorry for the harsh review, but after two years the same story I felt it was important to speak up. I know I’m not alone in this.
