episode description

069: Amplify Your Life

Do you set goals at the beginning of the year and then fail even after just a few months, a few weeks, or even a few days? What if we learned how to set the right goals that will set us up for success instead of failure? With the new year knocking at the door, we delve into a timely discussion about how to amplify our lives and not hold back in being who we truly are and who we want to become. We also share simple writing exercises to help you discover what you value in life and help you be more clear about the things you want to amplify in your life.

Inspiration comes for a reason. Write it down!

Ideas for what to write about:

  • What sets your soul on fire?
  • What are your strengths and weaknesses? What is a weakness you have that could also be a strength?
  • Declarations about who you are (I am the kind of person who…, I am…, etc.)
  • Question your motives for doing things.
  • What are your core values?
  • Write a “things I know for sure” list.
