  • What are your strengths and weaknesses? What is a weakness you have that could also be a strength?
  • Declarations about who you are (I am the kind of person who…, I am…, etc.)
  • Question your motives for doing things.
  • What are your core values?
  • Write a “things I know for sure” list.
