I listened to both Episode 37 and 38 this morning while walking my dog. Thank you for being so open and honest. I can’t do you week at Movara with you guys ( I am a school teacher) but I am looking into a week that works with my schedule. I needed to hear today that I need to take care of me and your podcast was perfect.

What a great episode!! I totally signed up for Movana!!!!. 😃😃Half to meet you both 🥰 and half to enjoy an amazing week of all things healthy!!🌲🏃‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️ Anyway, this is slightly off topic, but you guys should totally consider having the food nanny on as a guest on your podcast. In regards to Becky’s cooking for her family dilemma, the Food Nanny has totally lit my fire and changed my mindset. Both Liz and Lizi are amazing and have a totally inspiring message to share, especially for moms!!!! 😘😘
