- Be accountable and do good.

Actionable items we can do to make a difference:
- DO. Don’t wait for a moment or a situation. Just DO!
- Pull out a sheet of paper (from your Do Good. Be Kind Simple Notebook available here ;) ) and make a list of what you can take away or add to your life so you can do things that will be best for you.
- Ask your family / kids each day if they had a Do Good. Be Kind moment that day or if someone had a Do Good. Be Kind moment towards them and how did it make them feel?

Look in the mirror. Look at yourself and, while smiling, give yourself these five affirmations:
- I am smart.
- I am brave.
- I am kind.
- I am grateful.
- I am loved.
