I was born in Jerusalem, Israel and raised in San Francisco, CA. I now live in Tallahassee, FL.
My family now consists of my husband of ten years, Daniel, and our four children, Elora (8), Danny (7), Zeko (5), and Abel (1).
The way I use Project Life is to record our everyday lives in a way that captures the little moments that add up to, well, everything. I use it as a lens with which to look reflectively at our life. It is my creative outlet and keeps me anchored during these days that fly by way too fast.
To me, documenting life is a way to preserve the past, cherish the present, and live intentionally. Documenting life allows me to pause time, to keep it from slipping through my fingers, to handle and share memories in a way that brings us right back into the moments that make up our precious, beautiful lives.
Three things on my bucket list are:
1. Staying in one of these.
2. Going whole-foods vegan for longer than a month.
3. Taking up watercolors again.
Cultivating a good life means making small choices in how we spend our time and set our attitude so that each day contributes to how we wish to use our days and, ultimately, live our lives.
