I was born + raised in the beloved Ruhr area, Germany’s former coal-producing region that has long since developed into a green, modern, and inspiring patch of earth.
My family now consists of my wonderful husband Patrik and adorable daughter Frida (3).
The way I use Project life is to document the little things in everyday life. I discovered Project Life back in 2012. After a year of using the physical products, I started digital scrapbooking to preserve our memories. Since then, it has become a beloved tradition to order our yearly photo book on New Year’s Eve, after we took the last family photo of the year.
To me, documenting life is a part of me. It makes me go through life with my eyes open so I can see the smallest things that are worth capturing. Even if it is a crushed grape on the wall.
Three things on my bucket list are:
1. Improve my photography skills.
2. Discover Disney World with Frida.
3. Stop taking three tablespoons of cocoa powder for one cup of hot chocolate.
Cultivating a good life means to live life to the fullest. Champagne for the best and a nice cup of hot chocolate for the difficult days.
