I was born + raised in the shadow of the Utah mountains. I have lived there my whole life and love it, but the older I get, it seems the colder I get.
My family now consists of my husband of 15 years, Casey, along with our 5 crazy kids. They range from 3 to 14. 3 girls and 2 boys. To say that our house is busy is an understatement. We also currently have 6 horses, 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 1 duck. I love that they are being raised on country sunshine.
The way I use Project Life is to document our weeks and days and moments. The grand and the small. I follow a weekly format for all of my yearly pages. Digital is my favorite because I can really make it my own. I also use Project Life to create hybrid vacation albums. They are cohesive and flow perfectly by using the Project Life products.
To me, documenting life is a part of who I am. I have been doing it for so many years and love every aspect of it. Photos and words and feelings and stories. I come from a family with a huge interest in family history and ancestors. I want my kids and their kids to know what life was like and how it was lived. The good and the hard and the everything in between.
Three things on my bucket list are:
1. To go on a cruise.
2. To barrel race a horse as well as my kids.
3. To take some courses in graphic design.
Cultivating a good life means participating in my own life, not just being a spectator. It means creating lasting relationships and building up those around me. It means serving in any capacity I am able. It means remembering and creating moments that matter. It means celebrating progress, while striving to be a little better everyday. It means loving myself completely and growing into who I want to be.
