This may be a silly question but I was wondering if anyone has ever added stuff on top of a digital layout when printed? I mean would it look silly to have a layout with physical ephemera on it?

    • Stephanie F says:

      Ronda,

I have added wash tape, stickers and journal notes to printed layouts.
Also if I have a lot ephemera I want to add I just put it in a 6×12 page
protector next to my digital layout and put what I want to include.

  2. Swati says:

Ronda-Its not silly at all! I’ve done that several times on my digital books–added extra stickers here and there!

Thanks to the digital creative team for the wonderful inspiration on these layouts!

I’m always inspired by these digital LO’s. I intermingle my all-digital pages with pocket pages of various sizes and love the variety. I love adding embellishments to both styles of pages. In my 4th year of PL and feels it is the best of all scrapbooking worlds. Yes, I do get behind occasionally but it’s very easy to catch up if you keep some sort of a simple diary.

I love the digital team inspiration! Just wondering if you will be having a call for new digital team members for 2016? Also, have you considered having a creative team just for the app? I would love the chance to apply for either one of those teams if the opportunity ever presented itself. :)

    • Lindsay says:

      Hey Katie,

My guess is they’ll be calling for new creative team members soon (if they continue doing that). And right now, two of us (me and Julie Gagen) work exclusively with the App. We’re the only two that use that and the rest of the digital team does it on the computer. :)

When they call for new members, definitely give it a shot. It’s awesome!

Love the pages ladies!!! Great work!

I am now to the point that I’m ready to print all the pages I’ve had fun creating using the Project Life App. I’m wondering if anyone has a system for what they do with these layouts after they are printed. I feel like I need to keep a digital backup but not necessarily on my phone. I have a Mac , would I download these layouts into iPhoto?
