PRODUCTS DESIGNED: Cherry Edition, Amber Edition, Childhood Editions, Honey Edition

As a child I spent my summers on a family farm in South Dakota. In my spare time, I developed skills and a love for all things crafty including scrapbooking and sewing. I was one of the first generations to grow up with a personal computer in my home. During my high school years, I learned about becoming a graphic designer. I felt this was a perfect career for me because it merged my love for art and computers (and bonus, I could get paid for it)! When I discovered this, I knew exactly what I wanted to do and I hopped on the path to get there.

I attended Brigham Young University and received a degree in graphic design. I spent several years honing my skills by designing catalogs, coffee table books, newsletters, logos, brochures, and much more at a well known design firm. In 2004, I had the amazing opportunity to be the graphic designer behind “The Ultimate Card Kit” for Lisa Bearnson. At this time I started my own studio and began designing art for Creating Keepsakes’ Kit of the Month program where I worked with Lisa Bearnson, Becky Higgins, and a whole group of fabulous people!

Over the next few years I serviced several companies within the scrapbooking industry including Crate Paper, Basic Grey, Becky Higgins, Silhouette, Echo Park Paper, and more.

I also have my own “Lori Whitlock” brand of licensed art. You’ll find my traditional scrapbooking products produced by Echo Park Paper, my fabric designs produced by Riley Blake, and die cutting art licensed by Silhouette America.

Come visit me at to see what I’ve got cooking! On my site you’ll find a great resource for ideas, inspiration, fonts, die cutting art (SVG files), digital scrapbooking products, and even some freebies.

I feel blessed beyond measure to be working from home doing something that I thoroughly love. I also love spending time with my husband and three children. I enjoy running, healthy living, photography, quilting, scrapbooking, beading, sewing for my girls, and so much more. And, just like everyone else, I could use about twenty additional hours every single day in order to fit it all in. Life is good!
