I was born + raised in Central Illinois.

My family now consists of my parents, two sisters, a bonus brother (in-law), and three grandparents.

The way I use Project Life is to capture every day blessings! I joined the Project Life movement in 2013 after discovering it on Pinterest. Since then, I’ve tried a different style for it each year including physical, digital, and the app. For two years, I did picture of the day. I love to find new apps and technology to mix into my Project Life pages and make them more unique to my style and the days we are living in!

To me, documenting life is just part of who I am. I’ve been scrapbooking since I was nine years old! I’ve created 60+ albums. I love family history and at nineteen, I traced back six generations on all four sides of my family. I love photography and everything creative! I love traveling and going on adventures. {Secret confession: As soon as I have an idea for a trip, I’m already mentally planning the scrapbook – usually before the tickets are booked! I already have my plan in place for my next biggest adventure in March!}. It’s common to find me with a camera in hand or coordinating a wedding // event. Scrapbooking is just part of who I am. I’ll be scrapbooking until I’m unable to…then I’ll just re-read my albums and the story of the beautiful life God blessed me with!

Three things on my bucket list are:
1. Write a book and fulfill my inner 3rd grader’s dream of becoming an author!
2. Visit the Holy Land {I’m going in March 2017 and I’ll definitely be Project Life-ing it!}
3. Officially start my own event planning company!

Cultivating a good life means finding the everyday blessings and capturing them! I love to document joy, smiles, adventures, tough days, ordinary moments, and everything in between. I seek to find the insignificant and make it significant. Living by faith is an integral part of who I am and how I live my life. Welcome to a behind the scenes look at my wonderful, crazy life because single wedding coordinators can have fun amazing lives too!
