I have a confession to make. I’ve never made a single scrapbook page. Not once. Never. Traditional paper scrapbooking, that is…

I first found digital scrapbooking shortly after my oldest was born in 2008, and although I’d spent a college-student-fortune on paper supplies to scrap my wedding photos, I never had the guts to start. I was too afraid of ruining things or not living up to the gorgeous pages my friends and family made. So when the news came that I could do it all on my computer and could re-do and undo and change as much as a I wanted, I was hooked! I played around for a few weeks before deciding designing is where my heart really was and the rest is history.

I’ve always loved beautiful things and creating things from the heart – be it a personalized quilt using the skills my mother taught me or something on the computer using the skills I’ve taught myself – is something I’ve always enjoyed. When I’m not creating, I can be found spending time with my family – two little boys who are both wonderful and terrible all at once, and my husband who makes me laugh every single day. We love to play games, spend time in the garden, read together, eat ice cream, and watch TV.

I believe extraordinary lives are made up of ordinary moments, and I’m passionate about recording those seemingly “insignificant” memories for generations to come. I have a love of color and pattern, for learning new things, and working with incredibly talented people. I am so thrilled and humbled to be a part of the Project Life family which truly does celebrate those every-day moments – it’s a perfect fit and a dream come true! I consider myself blessed beyond measure to do all of these things, all while documenting our lives each and every day.
