To start, it’s called National Scrapbook Day for a reason – it’s a day to scrapbook! Most of us have loads of photos and plenty of supplies, but sometimes we need a little “nudge” to get our creative juices flowing. Looking for some fun and inspiration? Follow along at Big Picture Classes as 10 different instructors share tips, tricks, and their own pages with a goal of seeing 10,000 scrapbook pages posted on Instagram using the hashtag #NSD10K. Can you imagine? I will be sharing a quick video and inspiration at 5:00 PM Pacific Time – I hope you’ll join me in the classroom then!

    Hi Becky I am experiencing an issue with PayPal as 30 percent off discount is not showing when I try to pay via pay pal even though it appears in the cart :(

    For some reason when I checked out and received the order confirmation in my email, the only items that show the 30% discount is the first item on my list (which I ordered two of)… everything else shows the regular price. How can I get this corrected?

      Gayle, sorry about that. We had technical issues as the start of the sale. Should be fixed now. We will take care of crediting you (and a handful of other orders that were placed early) properly. You will receive an email from us notifying you of the credit on Monday.

    I’m having the same issue as Gale. My order showed all items 30% off in my cart but once I submitted my order it only shows one item 30% off after I placed my order. :( Anyway to have this corrected?

    Hi Becky. I have added several items to my cart but it seems to only show the last item added on the screen. When I click on the cart it shows no items found in cart.

      I switched devices and am now able to get to cart with items in it but it will not take the code. I have empties my cart and have restarted numerous times only to get the same message.

    • Lora, I’m not sure why this isn’t working for you. So sorry to hear that! We’ve worked through issues on our end and it seems to be working for most by now. Did you try clearing your cookies and refreshing your browser – or trying a different browser?

    It is almost 10:30 am EST and the code NSD gives the message “Sorry, this coupon is not applicable to your cart contents.” when I try to use it.

    I think I found a solution??? Click on “View Cart” instead of “Checkout”, and enter the code there. The total discount will show at the bottom of that page (not on the individual items), then proceed to checkout and the discount remains. Hope this works for you!! 10:45 EST
